Unlike most people, I do not like sweets. But I do indulge in desserts once in a while. Needless to say, I’m not easily lured into dessert places. Out of nostalgia, I just knew I had to check this out.
I recently checked out Magnolia Flavor House at Robinsons Magnolia. It’s not my generation, you see, because when I was a kid it wasn’t Magnolia’s anymore, but Nestle Creamery. There were a couple of food items on the menu aside from the star of the show (ice cream), so we helped ourselves with some sweet spaghetti and a burger.
Afterwards came the cold concoction. It’s expensive when you think about it. For the cost of a single order, you can already buy a half gallon in the supermarket. It’s the extras and the presentation that counts, alongside ambiance so I say the price is justified.
Meanwhile, let me get back to researching for cheap postcard printing.
