It was a spontaneous decision to have dinner at Seafood Island. Little did we know that it would be a fun experience.
You just have to choose a set and serving size. The meat and veggie selections vary for each set. The only thing common is that it’s served on banana leaves like a fiesta. At first, I hesitated eating with my hands, up until my family assured me that everyone’s doing it. Haha. Besides, they didn’t give plates.
I took an “after” photo just for kicks.
For the quantity, you bet it’s worth it. However, you might be disappointed with how they grill the meat (the chicken was burnt to perfection so yeah, I didn’t enjoy the chicken skin and the same description applies to the eggplant). But then again, there are other interesting combinations that we think are worth trying. We’ll see.
P.S. The menu said there were crabs—plural—but our set meal arrived with just one. Argh.
