Discovering Kimchi

Had I known Kimchi’s beef stew was that good, I would’ve made a beeline for it sooner. It took me 23 years to discover it! I wasn’t fond of trying regional cuisine when I was younger. Kimchi has branches in most food courts, so I have been missing out on something that has been in front of me all this time. I mean, searching for this shouldn’t be as tough as securing Holden Beach NC real estate.

One thing I find weird about this food court staple though is that the meals don’t come with kimchi (the appetizer). But I’m not really complaining since the beef stew is a harmonious melody of sweet and spicy flavors.

Times like this, I wish I knew how to cook.
